That's why we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all hardware and parts, a two-year warranty on fabrics, and a six-year warranty on motors. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable.

Hardware and Parts Warranty

Our custom blinds and shades are made with high-quality materials and components, and we guarantee that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If any hardware or parts fail due to a defect, we will replace them at no cost to you. This warranty covers the mechanism, brackets, end caps, and other hardware and parts that are included with your blinds or shades.

Fabric Warranty

We also offer a two-year warranty on the fabric used in our custom blinds and shades. This warranty covers any defects in the material or workmanship of the fabric, including fading, discoloration, and fraying. If you notice any issues with the fabric of your blinds or shades within two years of purchase, we will replace the fabric at no cost to you.

Motor Warranty

If you purchase custom blinds or shades with a motorized option, we offer a six-year warranty on the motor. This warranty covers any defects in the motor or the motorized components of the blinds or shades. If you experience any issues with the motor within six years of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Exclusions and Limitations

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by exposure to the elements (such as sun fading or water damage). If your blinds or shades are damaged in any way, please contact us to discuss repair or replacement options.
